Do you run your home based company with ‘lists’? Do you have a list of ‘points to do today’, a shopping list, and a listing of things to deal with when you have the time? Then you’re similar to me! I have consistently had a list on the go, both in my home based business and in my residence life; commonly many simultaneously, and although I do cross points off once in a while, I never really obtained to the base of them!
Well now I know why lists do not actually function and exactly what I should be doing as an alternative, which I thought was something worth sharing, as it resonated so much with me. Essentially, when you create a task that you need to acquire done on your ‘to-do’ list, you are providing yourself approval to NOT do it! Instead of in fact dealing with the job in hand, you are putting it off up until another day or time. You feel as though, in such a way, you have actually handled the task by composing it in a listing!
What we must be doing obviously is rather than creating it on our ‘to-do’ list, we need to in fact arrange the job into our schedule. By doing this you are informing your mind that at the specific time you have arranged, you will be doing that job, so your brain is gotten ready for it and accepts that you will certainly be doing it to buy Twitter followers for good.
